Managing your pain and musculoskeletal conditions
North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NLCCG) has commissioned a new service for all patients in North Lincolnshire for the assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal (MSK) and chronic pain for joints, muscles and bones.
Through this service you can discover self-care and get fast access to expert opinion, diagnosis and treatment for a variety of MSK and chronic pain conditions.
The integrated service which started on the 1 January 2020 is managed by our four partners to give you treatment and care. Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust (NLaG), Connect Health Pain Services, The Kirton Lindsey and Scotter Surgery and St Hugh’s Hospital are our health experts to help you manage your pain and musculoskeletal conditions.
As well as partnership organisations we also work closely with local sports centres and support groups and as part of our rehabilitation programme we offer gym, pool and exercise classes at a discounted rate. To see our full range of self-help classes available please click here.

Our team of fully qualified multi-disciplinary pain management and MSK specialists are here to find a solution for you with fully tailored programmes of care delivered by Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners in Physiotherapy and Hand Therapy, Physiotherapy Assistants and Exercise Instructors.
Our aim for you
Our aim is to reduce your pain symptoms, help improve your mobility and body functions to help you achieve your goals.
We are here to offer self-management techniques so you can learn how to help yourself with some of your acute and chronic pains, but still being there for when you need further advice, support and treatment.

We deliver all of our services in local and convenient environments such as outreach clinics across North Lincolnshire five days a week, Monday to Friday, including:

- Epworth Health Centre
- Barton West Town Surgery
- Brigg Barnard Court
- Winterton
